Shipping & Returns
WHERE WE SHIP
We are pleased to offer Shipping within the USA. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
SHIPPING IN THE U.S.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
U.S. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is $4.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- 2-Day is $15.95

Overnight is $22.95
Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12pm PST / 3pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Standard shipping is FedEx Ground and/or FedEx Smartpost (the package will ship via FedEx and be delivered by your local USPS). You will be able to track your order through FedEx and a signature will not be required.
Most standard orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the ship date. Orders going to APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories may take up to 30 or more days due to military handling time. Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Overnight and 2-day orders placed by 12pm PST / 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via 2-day service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Orders shipped via overnight service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Orders delivering to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for expedited service. A signature may be required for expedited shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we only ship within the USA. We are looking to expand to more countries soon!
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on all orders placed within 30 days. We can only accept returns for items purchased through www.petitenpretty.com.
To complete your return:
1. Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).
2. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Petite ‘n Pretty order confirmation number

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. If you have additional questions, please contact us at hello@petitenpretty.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only exchange items if the one you received is defective or damaged. You will only be able to make an exchange for the exact same item. You also will have the option to return any product that is defective or damaged. Please send a note to hello@petitenpretty.com so we can make it right.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While it’s normal that your shipping carton may have some wear and tear, we hope your Petite ‘n Pretty products arrived in perfect condition. Please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred in shipping. If damage occurred to the item(s) inside, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately.
MISSING OR LOST ORDER?
Please track your order via FedEx. If the order appears to have been delivered, but you can’t find it, we recommend checking the mailbox, front desk, local post office or other location where your mail carrier would leave mail and/or oversized items. Still no luck? Please call FedEx to obtain a claim number. Once you have a claim number, contact us so we can help out!
INCOMPLETE ORDER?
Please send an email to hello@petitenpretty.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Some items sold by Petite ‘n Pretty may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. Since we follow the rules, some items may not be eligible to ship to certain locations outside of the continental US, or may need to ship via a ground service. We’ll do our best to note these items on the product pages
SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Petite ‘n Pretty reserves the right to cancel any orders shipping to freight forwarding companies. We also are not responsible for any damaged / missing / incomplete orders shipped through a freight forwarder.
MAXIMUM ORDERS
Petite ‘n Pretty has the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders. Customers may not purchase more than 6 units of a single product per transaction.
